UNITREE RANGE · INDUSTRIAL QUADRUPED ROBOT
Unitree B2
Unitree's industrial quadruped: 60 kg, over 40 kg payload while walking, up to 5 h of battery life, IP67 and 360 N·m per joint. A rugged platform for inspection, security and operations in harsh environments.
Legs or wheels
The B2 comes in two forms. Same industrial platform, same sensors: the wheeled form (B2-W) adds motorised wheels at the end of the legs to cover more distance on rollable ground.
LEGS
Unitree B2
• Over 6 m/s in special configuration
• 40 cm steps, slopes beyond 45°
• Over 40 kg payload while walking
• Removable battery, autonomous charging as an option
LEGS AND WHEELS
Unitree B2-W
• Motorised wheels at the end of the legs
• Switches from legs to wheels depending on the terrain
• Same computing and perception platform
• Configuration and price on request
Built for industry
360 N·m per joint
Joints 170% more powerful than the previous generation, for stability under load.
Real payload
120 kg supported standing and over 40 kg carried in continuous walking.
Long battery life
Over 5 h and 20 km unloaded, over 4 h and 15 km with a 20 kg load.
Obstacle crossing
40 cm obstacles and steps, continuous 20 to 25 cm stairs, slopes beyond 45°, jumps of over 1.6 m.
IP67, -20 to 55 °C
Dust-tight and protected against temporary immersion, it works in the rain, in the cold and in the heat.
Open for integration
4 Gigabit Ethernet ports, 4 USB 3.0 ports, 12 V, 24 V and battery outputs for your sensors and payloads.

ALL-TERRAIN
Where others stop
Log piles, scree, long flights of stairs, slippery ground: the B2 keeps its balance and speed where a wheeled robot or a small quadruped gives up.
• Obstacles and platforms up to 40 cm
• Continuous 20 to 25 cm stairs
• Stability on slippery and uneven ground
PERCEPTION
Industrial and energy inspection
3D LiDAR, depth cameras and optical cameras, with thermal or 3D mapping payloads: the B2 carries out complete inspection patrols on industrial sites and electrical substations.
• 3D LiDAR, 2 depth cameras, 2 optical cameras
• Thermal and 3D mapping payloads
• Intel Core i5 / i7 computing, up to 3 i7 or Orin NX modules

RESCUE AND SECURITY
Security and emergency response
Its toughness and IP67 rating make it a strong candidate for operations in hazardous environments: reconnaissance, firefighting, alarm verification on sensitive sites.
• Reconnaissance before human intervention
• Industry equipment (hose nozzle, gas sensors, cameras)
• Remote mission supervision

Unitree B2 frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the B2 and the Go2?
The B2 is an industrial robot: 60 kg versus 15 kg, over 40 kg payload while walking, IP67, 360 N·m per joint and up to 5 h of battery life. The Go2 is more compact and lighter, designed for light inspection, research and training.
How much can the B2 carry?
Over 40 kg in continuous walking and 120 kg or more standing still. With 20 kg, it walks for over 4 hours across more than 15 km.
Is the B2 rainproof?
Yes. It is IP67-rated (fully dust-tight, resistant to temporary immersion) and operates from -20 °C to 55 °C.
Which sensors can be added?
The B2 offers 4 Gigabit Ethernet ports, 4 USB 3.0 ports and 12 V, 24 V and battery outputs. Thermal cameras, LiDAR scanners, gas sensors or robotic arms can be integrated; DART Solutions handles the integration.
What is the difference between the B2 and the B2-W?
The B2-W adds motorised wheels at the end of the legs: it rolls on flat ground to go faster and further, and walks over obstacles. Contact us for the configuration suited to your site.
